The Lesson I Learned After Launching To Crickets

"I thought launching meant people would show up.
I thought effort alone would equal results.

What I learned?
Audience first.
Trust first.
Then comes income.

Building quietly behind the scenes pays off far more than rushing to launch something no one’s asking for.

If I could go back, I’d focus less on ‘launch day’ and more on building the right foundation.
