That same Tsvetaevsky pie!
It just melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder without a slide
- 180-200 g flour
- Vanilla sugar
For the filling:
- 250-300 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp cornstarch or flour
- 1 large or 2 small eggs
- 180-200 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 kg apples

Preparation:
Bake in an oven preheated to 170• for about 60-65 minutes. Take any apples. I like them with a bit of sourness. I recommend peeling the apples.
Apples can be replaced with: PEARS, PEACHES, ANY BERRIES.
