1 8oz tub of cool whip, thawed
24 assorted cookies
Garnishes as desired. Garnish: ideas sprinkles, finely crushed cookies, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, toasted coconut or assorted small candies.
Spread whipped topping about ¾ inches thick on 1 cookie. Place another cookie lightly on top. Roll or lightly press edges in garnish. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Freeze for about 4 hours or until it is firm. Wrap individually and store it in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
