Fat Bomb Meatballs!

Good day and welcome back to the channel!
Today, we're making meatballs, but not just any meatballs. We're making FAT bomb meatballs! Yes, we're stuffing fresh mozzarella into our already cheesy keto meatball mix to take it up another notch.

NOTE: A recipe card is included at the end of the video

Ingredients:
3 lbs 80/20 ground beef
2 large onions, fine dice
4-5 cloves garlic, squished
~ 1.5 cups fresh keto tomato sauce
3 eggs, whizzed
1 lb ricotta
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
~ 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella, cut into bite sized pieces
~ 1 cup of Parm cheese (green can; AKA, Shugeda shugeda cheese)

Drop everything except the mozz into a large bowl and mix. Form into meatballs. Stuff each meatball with some mozz. Fully enrobe the mozz with the meatball mix. Drop onto a baking sheet and drop into a preheated 375 degree oven. Cook until interior temps in the meatballs are at least 165 degrees, then remove and enjoy!
