Jordanian father mourns son killed in Gaza while trying to get food aid for his family

A Jordanian citizen stranded in Gaza with his family, condemned the Jordanian government and foreign ministry for their failure to evacuate his family from the besieged strip amid ongoing war and humanitarian collapse. His plea came after his son, Hisham Mundhir Fusifis, was killed while attempting to obtain food for his starving siblings at the US aid points.

Speaking through tears, Fusifis described the dire conditions his family of eight faces, including extreme hunger and abandonment. “
