A businessman named John Pickle (and a host of other business owners) went to India and hired skilled, experienced welders and other skilled laborers, brought them to the States and then took their passports, paid them $2/hr and barely fed them.

Mark Massey met them at church and couldn't stand by without helping more than 50 of these men, and many others since.
