Organized harassment in the forms of gangstalking, illegal spying, and Electronic Harassment is technically a crime on the law books, but the various governments, community groups, and private organizations have been corrupted to not enforce the laws and allow corrupt practices to flourish. Picking innocent people to be targeted for this form of community bullying, spying, experimentation, based on secret slander, lies in the dark is against morality and disappearing decency in society. This persecution, organized harassment by governments, corporations, religions, crime gangs, racist groups, Non Governmental Organizations/NGOs, community watch, other community groups is spreading world wide in all countries, cities, towns, villages. It is a crime against humanity by "The State" and their subcontractors, in every country and jurisdiction. This spying is not about fighting crime, but keeping a lid on the general population for eventual totalitarian, dictatorship control of the world, and burying any truths about their dirty dealings against the people.

Every country and jurisdiction is part of this global control system that is leading towards a world dictatorship tyranny. Some of the Targeted Individuals who were former government spies, corporation officials, celebrities, scientists, high ranked business people all say this. The international bad guys are the bad guys and the international good guys are just some other groups of bad guys pretending to be good guys.

There are Targeted Individuals advocacy groups, along with their allied groups such as Wikileaks, Anonymous, constitutional rights groups, exposure groups, rights and freedoms auditors, and others who are fighting this global corruption at the all levels. Not every member of public and private organizations, or the regular citizens are evil, corrupt, self serving, and deceiving. There are still righteous ones left everywhere. It is just that governments and corporations are very large and the left and right hands, along with all the fingers, do not always know exactly what each other are doing in their secret places and times.

The August 29, 2018 Targeted Individuals Day of protests had planned demonstrations in about 30 large major world class cities in North America, Asia, South America, Europe.

Whatever country or continent you are in, the bad guys are bad guys, and the good guys are just other bad guys pretending to be good guys. They are different angles of the same con job.

I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, former sports area entertainment complex side job crowd control staff, and a former apartment building owner landlord's kid.
