Mini Cut Week 6? 7?? 8??? | Either Way I'm Back! Tips for Staying on Plan

I'm back with my check-ins! Been off plan for my birthday and honestly, I'm a fat ass at heart who just loves to eat. Got down to 238.9 which is a new low for this mini cut, but my coach wants me at 235 and we're not there yet. Progress is slower when you're not fully on plan, that's just facts. Still hitting 350 protein, 450 carbs, 80 fat on training days. Finding balance between being the bodybuilding vegan who goes out and promotes vegan restaurants but also wants a shot at getting back on stage. Your boy is back at it though!
