Looking to harvest radish. The plants are bolting already! Beautiful flowers and some seed pods showing already. Radish are cool temperature crops and warm temperatures, inconsistent watering and other factors can stress the plant leading them to bolt before being able to grow edible bulb. The leaves and pods can still be used in salads and enjoyed
