Mango Creamy Delight Recipe | Mango Special Dessert By Spice bite

A smooth, creamy mango dessert that comes together easily and tastes like something you'd order at a restaurant. Light, rich, and full of flavor — perfect for any time you want something sweet without turning on the oven.

Simple to make, satisfying to eat.

Ingredients :

-Biscuits of your choice 2 packs
-Melted Butter 2/3 cup
-Whipping Cream 1 + 1/2 cup
-Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
-Condensed milk 1/2 cup
-Mango Custard Powder 2 tbsp
-Mango Chopped 1 cup
-Milk 1 -2 tbsp
-Mango chopped as required
-Pistachio Chopped 1/4 cup

Direction For Making :

-Take any biscuits of your choice , take a blending jar blend well to make a fine crumbs , transfer these biscuits crumbs into a bowl add some melted butter mix it well.
-Take a serving dish transfer this mixture into it press gently with glass to make a smooth and even base then keep in refrigerator for 30 mins.
-Take a blending Jar add chopped mango and milk blend well to make a smooth paste then strain the mango puree set aside.
-Take a bowl add chilled whipping cream beat until soft peaks form then add cream cheese beat until smooth and soft then add mango custard powder condensed milk and beat it for 2 mins then add mango puree beat for 2 -4 mins more.
-Now add a layer of this creamy mixture on biscuits layer then add a layer of chopped mangoes sprinkle chopped pistachio.
-Keep in the refrigerator for 2 -3 hour before serving and enjoy with yours family and friends.
