Texas Twostep Chicken Picante
Recipe from packaging Pace mini booklet
1 ½ cups Picante sauce
3 TBSP packed light brown sugar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 Cups hot cooked rice
Mix picante sauce, sugar, mustard. Place chicken in 2quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture over the chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4
