In this video we discuss the difference between Justice and District Courts and why this case went from the Justice to the District Courts.

In this case there were several factors. The case first went to the Justice Courts as procedure. Justice Court gave the pretrial for this case and because the parties were from different states. Due to the seriousness of the case it was then transferred to the District Courts due to jurisdiction.
