WASHINGTON, DC — Unite4Freedom, a national voting validity organization, will be holding an upcoming press conference
to announce a NEW lawsuit filing against New York Attorney General Letitia James and fresh developments in key litigation
targeting Colorado officials related to the Tina Peters case. It will also release new research data on 2024 election validity.
The event is to be held Tuesday, July 22, 1pm EDT at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street NW, 13th Floor, Washington,
DC 20045. Unite4Freedom CEO Marly Hornik will answer questions from reporters after outlining the legal actions.
Unite4Freedom is suing Letitia James, the New York State Board of Elections, and various New York media outlets for a
conspiracy to deprive citizens of the right to verify their votes and to intimidate voters.
CEO Marly Hornik on the New York filing: “Ten days after these officials were advised of massive election irregularities
extracted from the state’s certified election returns, they went on the warpath against the messengers in an 18-month
criminal investigation splashed on the front cover of every newspaper from Montauk to Buffalo and across the country.”
Regarding the Colorado suit, Hornik adds, “Unite4Freedom is suing Jena Griswold and Phil Weiser for depriving Colorado
citizens of the right to vote by their failure to properly identify voters before counting their ballots, as proven by their own
official records, diluting valid votes, ignoring Colorado state laws, and making a mockery of our founding principles. To avoid
scrutiny, these same officials targeted a Gold Star mother and whistleblower, Tina Peters, former Mesa County Clerk and
had her put in prison for her attempts to secure records of the 2020 election according to her duties under federal law.”
Data to be released will include Unite4Freedom’s deep identity verification study of voters in Orange County, California’s
2024 election. In combination with Joe Hoft, Unite4Freedom’s research resulted in a massive lawsuit by the US Department
of Justice against Orange County Registrar of Voters Bob Page, accusing him of failing to remove noncitizens from the
voter roll in a county that single-handedly elected six members of the US House of Representatives.
