The receiver has released his first initial report, it is worse than previously thought.
As the First Liberty empire crumbles, a new lawsuit seeks class action status. This is not just in Georgia. Contributions are tried to the corruption. A Georgia man accused of running a $140M Ponzi scheme contributed to 3 Alabama officials. Brant IV contributed $71000 to Alabama State Auditor Andrew Sorrell, who made a $29000 loan to one of Frost's companies. Alabama is now investigating FLBL after Ponzi scheme allegations came to light. They were taking investments and making loans. They were not giving back the deed when loans were paid off.
The AJC is doing all they can to make sure everyone in GA knows the Frost family.
Brant IV was in tears to his investors, then he released a statement that he takes full responsibility and it wasn’t his family. He ran an attorney statement that he did it all. Then he signs a consent judgement that he will cooperate. Then he goes to church and meets with a pastor, he was the only one and it wasn’t Brant V, Krista or Katie. Things have changed and they have changed very quickly. Now he has filed notice to plead the fifth. His attorneys have told him from day one Brant IV is in deep shit.
Receivers first status report: brief description of what has been found so far. Every investor they can find has been contacted, over 200. He is asking investors to contact him and encouraging them to collect and compile all documentations related to their claim so that such documentation is available when the claim form is posted. There will be investors that don’t want their name out there. There will be investors in a group to hide their names. They are going through all the assets of the businesses, corporations, and the family. The receiver is interviewing everyone, everyone has an attorney. They are looking at bank records, meetings with investors, and have discovered a number of irregularities with loans. The receiver is working to understand complicated transactions that were not well documented or tracked properly. The poor condition of the collected records indicates that extensive tracing with bank records will be required. Keep in mind, these people were in Key positions in organizations and continue to have key positions within the GAGOP.
The records are so bad they are going to have to do a forensic investigation into FLBL. but in the GAGOP we are doing internal reviews by the same lady that does the financial reports and deposits. And the chair of the financial oversight committee is Katie Frost, an employee of FLBL.
The receiver does not have a complete schedule of investors. They will find everyone that was financially associated with the FLBL. No clear list of borrowers and amounts payable. Loan schedules indicate that certain loans have been paid off even though the principal balance was not repaid and certain reports appear to have incorrect loan payoff figures. Nothing accurate in the books.
The receiver reports FLBL used investor funds to make charitable donations and gifts as well as campaign contributions to political candidates. FLBL appears to have directly, indirectly through the Frost family made almost 1000 political donations totaling over $1M using investor funds. Kandiss Taylor, Mike Crane, others. The AJC wrote that the GAGOP received over $50,000 of investors money. And Josh is always saying we have to do the right thing and not draw attention to ourselves.
The receiver is implying that the Frost family got the money from Daddy Brant IV and he got it from investors. All the candidates need to voluntarily return the money now, there will be a list of those who have returned the money and who has not. The receiver intends to closely scrutinize the improper use of investor funds used as charitable donations or campaign contributions and to seek the return of all such funds to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
There is a rumor out there that the GAGOP has never received an official request to have the Frost family removed. But the GA RNC Committee woman has written a letter asking for the removal.
Did Brant V leave the country on July 10th?
They are going to look at houses that everyone in the Frost family has. Every single dime they have comes from FLBL.
The reason there is silence is because the Feds are crawling everywhere. Then there are the “Hoover” files on politicians and everyone in the GAGOP.
Brant IV is no longer cooperating. He is pleading the fifth and a jury demand.
Josh McKoon has the authority to ask for the resignation of the Frost family. Katie Frost is a state committee member, the chair of the 3rd district, chair of the financial oversight committee; Krista Frost is a second vice chair of the Coweta county GOP and was on the nomination committee for the 2025 State Convention; Brant Frost is the chair of the Coweta County GOP, member of the state committee.
We are being told that Greg Dolezal is a major investor in FLBL and he helped with a group of investors that don’t want their names involved.
