Death by Hunger in Gaza

More Palestinians are dying of hunger than in Israeli strikes in recent weeks. The blockade of Gaza has plunged the Strip into a severe malnutrition crisis. Starvation-related deaths are rising by the day, particularly among children.

Israel’s ongoing blockade on Gaza has led to an alarming rise in the number of people who have been starved to death. Gaza’s health ministry says 19 Palestinians have died of hunger in 24 hours. The UN says it's receiving ‘desperate messages of starvation’ while aid is stockpiled just outside and remains blocked.
