Stir Fry Noodles with Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
4-5 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 lbs steak, sliced thin
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked according to instructions

For the sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup honey, pure maple syrup or brown sugar
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add broccoli and 1/3 cup water. Stir fry until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes. When it’s almost through cooking, season with salt, pepper and a few dashes of soy sauce. Remove and set aside.
Add more oil and cook steak in 2 batches, about 3 minutes per batch. When it’s almost through cooking season with salt, pepper and a few dashes of soy sauce. Remove and set aside
Melt butter and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add noodles and sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add additional soy sauce to taste.
Remove from heat and a stir in steak and broccoli.
