Verses Used:
Matthew 5:44 “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”

Matthew 22: 37-39 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.

1 John 3:16-18 By this we know love: that He laid down His life for us (because He loves us). And we ought to lay down our lives for the believers. Verse 17 But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother (this is fellow Christian) in need, but has no compassion for him, how does the love of God live in him? Verse 18 Little children (believers), let us not love with word or with tongue, but in action and in truth.

Ephesians 2:8-10 For it is by grace that you have been saved through faith. And this (salvation) is not of yourselves, but it is the gift of God; not as a result of (your works), so that not one will boast or take credit in any way. Verse 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared (for us) beforehand, so that we would walk in them.

Matthew 5:16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and (recognize and honor and) glorify your Father who is in heaven. AMP

Titus 3:1-2 Remind people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready and willing to do good, to slander or abuse no one, to be kind and conciliatory (compromise) and gentle, showing unqualified consideration and courtesy toward everyone.

Titus 3: 4 But when the goodness and kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared (in human form as the Man, Jesus Christ) He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we have done, but because of His own compassion and mercy, by the cleansing of the new birth (spiritual transformation) and renewing by the Holy Spirit.

1John 4:8 says God is love. “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.”
