GTA V Online: Simeon's Mission - Chasers on Hard Difficulty Solo!

In the GTA Online mission "Chasers", given by Simeon Yetarian, your objective is to repossess a black Coquette from a young member of the Families gang. Simeon claims he extended credit to this individual, but now wants the car back. The Coquette will be driving around northern Los Santos, typically in the hills, and the driver is armed, ready to shoot if you attempt to steal the car.
