Government Should UPHOLD Intellectual Property Rights, NOT Trample Them

Here, the state government permitted, by law, the copying of an electronic book, overriding any contract provision to the contrary. Such heavy handed legislative acts only serve to produce less works as naturally, those entrepreneurs and risk takers considering producing, will hesitate for fear of unpaid use. Hopefully other states reject such overtures.
