How to Target Your Lats Without Using Biceps | Cable Lat Pullover Tutorial

Cable lat pullovers are my go-to for isolating lats without involving biceps like other back exercises. I prefer the bar over ropes since ropes activate too much triceps. Think like a swimmer - come out wide, keep hands far from your body, and pull down to fire up those lats. The key is maintaining that elbow angle throughout the movement, going slow on the first few inches to eliminate momentum, and controlling the weight. I use this to start my back day or as a break between back and bicep work to keep blood flowing while giving biceps a rest.
