330lbs Glute Drive (Lite) 🍑 💪

This here is my 330lbs
First Set/Top Set
of my Glute Drive.
Lite = a rep range target of 12+.

These are important to my routine because I do NOT squat. This is a Hip hinge movement, which is better for targeting the glutes than relying on just a leg press for comparison. This also is a safe way to take the low back majority out.

I find the best way to feel the glutes is to have a wider stance and drive with your heels.

Do you guys and gals perform these as part of your leg day routine? 🤔🦵💪
