This is not the original talk which was given in St. Louis in about 1994, but is great anyway. I've been following Joel Wallach since the mid-1990s and I, an 80 year old non-medical individual, am 'amazingly healthy' according to my local medical folks. Why? I take about 3 dozen nutritional supplements every day. I never get sick and have turned around a small case of prostate cancer with one supplement. Life is good when you are healthy, maybe not so much if you are ill.
