Should a Definition for Coercive Control Be Added To Idaho Law

When I heard attorney Tyrie Strong of Strong Family Law speak about Coercive Control at the 2025 Child Custody & Domestic Relations Task Force I knew I had to talk to her. She testified for a few minutes at the hearing but I was left with so many questions.

Tyrie was gracious enough chat with me and expand on her knowledge of coercive control. Adding this to the definition of domestic violence, like Washington State did, might help abused parents in family law cases.
