Lower Body Low Impact Conditioning and Core Bench Workout | 45 Minutes
This 45-minute low impact low body and core interval challenges the lower body muscles and also challenges the lungs and heart with cardio using a bench, chair or step! We will move through 3 rounds of 8 cardio-centric movements, 3 rounds of 4 strength-focused movements, and a 4 minute core finisher to wrap it all up. There is a bodyweight and bench step warm up to start and includes a short cool down on a mat to wrap up this workout.
Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, dumbbells (today I am using a set of 18's + a single 25) a bench, and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too you can always do this without! As alway, shoes and equipment are always optional. These exercises can all be done with just your bodyweight.
