Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 63

Welcome. Still hoping for more beans today as the crops have been but a handful each day now. The Zucchini are producing well and the pollinators were out today.

The canned Spicy Dill Zucchini have all sealed so, another 5 litre jars done for the winter.

I’m still fortunate enough to find most of the vine bore beetle eggs and scrape them off the squash and zucchini leaves before they hatch, but it’s hit and miss with the canopy of leaves to go through.

Another Turmeric (¾) & Milk (¼) spray will be applied today. Butch’s flower continues to expand and it’s looking more like the the first squash producing fruit in the front box will not be a pumpkin.
