So tonight's video is going to be on My top 20 Xasthur songs. Yes ladies and gentleman my favorite one man black metal artist of all time (though there are many others I love) Xasthur was a one man black metal band from Alhambra California and formed in 1995.
He was quite prolific in his black metal career and released almost 2 dozen releases. In 2010 when he decided to end the black metal version of Xasthur, he went on to create a new Doom grass/folk project called nocturnal poisoning then later switching the name back to Xasthur but did not return to playing black metal under this moniker again. I guess Malefic AKA Scott Conner got tired of black metal?
