💥My Top 15 Grindcore Albums💥

Napalm Death were One of the founders of grindcore, also contributing heavily to the extreme spectrum of metal and punk. Many consider Repulsion the true founders and legends of grindcore, but this is debatable because technically Napalm Death formed before them. Napalm Death are also among the forefathers of the genre and one cannot deny their massive influence on extreme metal and their undeinable impact on it. Across the globe millions of people love Napalm Death and regard them as one of the most influential bands of all time and i have to agree with that of course!

Of course I cannot mention Napalm Death without also talking about the other pioneers of Grind with Repulsion either because Repulsion contributed massively to the extreme metal scene in Michigan where at the time there was only a strong hardcore punk scene and Repulsion were kind of the odd ball kids making this extreme metal with a hardcore punk edge to it and people definitely ate it up man and they would go on to become absolute legends in the Grindcore genre and for good reason because their albums are absolutely fucking killer!

Of course I also have to bring up another Grindcore pioneer with Terrorizer because what top 15 grindcore albums video would be complete without talking about these fucking legends as well ladies and gentleman i mean lets face facts. These 3 bands were some of the biggest influences on grindcore and extreme metal period.

The beginnings of grindcore are often pinpointed to Napalm Death's 1987 masterpiece Scum and Repulsion's 1989 masterpiece-Horrified and the early work of Carcass, but the 1989 release World Downfall by the overlooked outfit Terrorizer is often talked about in revered tones by extreme metallists worldwide. Featuring members David Vincent (bass, vocals), Pete Sandoval (drums), Jesse Pintado (guitar), and Oscar Garcia (vocals), Terrorizer's lone album has spawned countless imitators over the years, due to its groundbreaking merger of both speed and aggression. Produced by renowned thrash/death metal producer Scott Burns! These 3 bands along with carcass and Nuclear Death pioneered this genre!
We also have to talk a bit here about Nuclear Death because this is another act in grindcore that was overlooked because of Napalm Death and Repulsion’s massive appeal in the 80s and 90s. But Make no mistake about it, Nuclear Death are one of the legends in the genre as well hailing from Phoenix Arizona forming back in 1985 and put out legendary classics such as “The Bride Of Insect” and “Carrion For Worm” just to name a few… and with a pretty prolific discography with some incredible gems? This is one band you don’t want to overlook in grindcore either!
