Week 9 Mini Cut: Poverty Macros update, More Cardio, Less Carbs

Another weekly update! We've made some big changes - cardio went from 25 to 35 minutes, five sessions a week. That's an extra 50 minutes of cardio weekly. Food got dropped too - training days now 350 protein, 390 carbs down from 450, and 75 fat. Rest days are brutal at 200 carbs for my 240lb body weight. When your carbs go under your body weight in pounds, you're not eating much! Still sitting at 242lbs, goal is 235 before I get more food back.
