Wuchang: Fallen Feathers — Eyes on

New souls-like game set in a fictional, late Ming Dynasty period. The setting is similar to Wo Long and Wukong, and I would personally say it makes me think of Ninja Scroll but in China. It's sitting at overwhelmingly negative on Steam reviews, but I did not have any performance issues while playing, which seems to be the reason for that rating.
