DISRUPTION, OR PART OF GOD'S PLAN?
Romans 8:28 New King James Version
28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA GANG!!! As I am typing this guys, my husband and I just learned via TMZ, that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan passed away at 71. Those that are wrestling fans you'll understand what I'm saying right now, when I echo what many are saying in that a worldwide legend is no longer with us, but from what I do remember this man accepted Christ as his savior, and I believe he's with the Lord right now. I know this sounds really weird guys, but to me this sounds very much in line with this morning's scripture. I say that because unexpected, crazy, insane, shocking, and yes tragic things can occur that will disrupt our lives. Changes that we don't want or expect, disruptions that will upend us, and yet in the midst of it God's plans and purposes still prevail.
Tonight, my friends, just like to share some things that I learned from this passage of scripture this morning, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will help you to see God's plans and purposes in your life within the disruptions and the unexpected changes. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how to see God's plan through the disruptions! 😊
So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they not only challenge you, but encourage you to see God in the midst of whatever situation you were going through.
What disruptions have you had lately?
What opportunities might God be presenting to you in them?
I don't know what you're going through right now my friend, but I want you to know you're not in alone. I know it may be trite to say that God's got a plan for whatever you're going through, but trust me when I tell you, God knows what he's doing, and He will accomplish all that He plans in it. I want you to know that as Brent Hackett this morning's devotional writer stated so very well, “Sometimes, we may wonder why situations happen where circumstances change. Perhaps we get frustrated and try to get things “back to normal.”” But that's when we need to make sure we also remember what Brent states and ask God to help us remember this. “God may have placed us in our current situation for a specific purpose. Today, as we encounter disruptions or changes, let's ask God to show us if there's something special, He wants us to do as part of His perfect plan.” What may seem to us like a disruption, is part of God's plan for us, and let's not be afraid to embrace it.
