Chambers: “Planning delays” and “bureaucracy” causing “huge frustration”

Infrastructure Minister Jack Chambers says that “planning delays”, “bureaucracy” and “red tape” cause him “huge frustration” when it comes to completing big projects, and he says that Ireland needs “better regulatory balance”.
