Street Stocks at Lernerville

A National career race at Lernerville Speedway on Expert difficulty. The track surface is a little bumpy, typical of a dirt track. There is plenty of room for maneuverability around traffic. The track does get slick as the night progresses, but retains most of the speed. I find the bottom fastest all night, as long as you swing out in turn 2 to keep momentum up. It is easy to lose a couple tenths by not hitting your marks.

A nice caution free race, almost contactless. When attempting to put 2nd place Ken Schrader down a lap, he slid up into me on the straight. After getting by, Schrader also bumped a slower car. Also at the very end I did touch 2 lapped cars on the final lap. The first car I slide a bit further than anticipated and the second car changed lanes going into the last corner. Also slipped off the top of the back stretch a couple times while navigating around traffic, but not enough to upset the car. Traffic navigation was great this race. Overall I would say the race was great.
