Strange-shaped UFO on Video

The location is unknown, but what we are seeing looks like a fidget
spinner but with four parts.

The motion of that is very slow, covering the presence in clouds.

This thing looks very fascinating, and there's no craft like that.

One thing is sure now, by these times, that they don't need any aerodynamic
crafts, because they defy our laws of physics.
