" It's one thing to put somebody into a home, but you don't put [house] them, you know, like, give them a place or apartment, room, whatever, and then walk away and leave them alone.

But fuck, some of these kids have spent so many years on the streets. It's all they know. And you take them from this and stick them in that, and there's bound to be some kind of, you know, clash. Like, they might, experience, high anxiety, fear, even anger.
And where are they gonna go? Off to get some drugs.
Because that's been their escape. Helping them get a place to live. You can't just walk away after, you know, you gotta support them. You've got to give them resources."
