Origins of the BAR: A Foreign Ecclesiastical Structure

The BAR (British Accredited Registry) is not, and has never been, a creation of the American people. It traces its lineage to the Crown Temple—a private, ecclesiastical institution embedded within the City of London. The Inns of Court (Middle Temple, Inner Temple, Lincoln’s Inn, and Gray’s Inn) are the private franchises through which the legal priesthood is trained, ordained, and licensed to conduct legal affairs.

In the document British Crown Runs the U.S. Legal System, the following is made clear:

“The American BAR Association is a franchise of the London-based Middle Temple, and thus part of the ecclesiastical hierarchy tied to the Crown Temple, not the American constitutional government.”

The Crown Temple is not the British Monarchy—but a private banking cartel and legal authority situated in the one-square-mile sovereign district known as the City of London Corporation. This structure claims control over:

• Legal training,
• Licensing of attorneys,
• Bar associations,
• Court procedures in common law jurisdictions worldwide.
