Mold, Chaos, a 2-Acre Jungle and the family is STILL FIGHTING over it

I got an email from somebody that said this house had a nightmare lawn and it really needed cut. So, I went by and it looked like someone was home so I went ahead and knocked on the door. After nobody answered, the neighbor from across the street yelled over that nobody lived there and it was actually her car in the driveway. She told me that the owner passed away and the house has been in probate for years. The family is fighting over who gets what and it’s been rotting for about a decade. It’s so bad that tree branches are growing though the windows and mold is covering the inside. So, I thought I would go ahead and get it cleaned up to make it look better for the surrounding neighbors. And this one took me ALL DAY! It was a huge corner house with probably 1 to 2 acres of grass to cut. Luckily, my bad boy mower did a fantastic job!
