Third Temple - Messiah is coming?

הברית שנכרתה עם ישראל מבהירה שמטרתה להיות ממלכת כהנים וגוי קדוש. להיות קדוש פירושו להיות צדיק, ללא חטא.
זה מוצג בשמות י"ט, ו' ובישעיהו מ"ב, ו'. בפסוק האחרון מוצגת גם מה הייתה מטרת אלוהים עבור עמו הנבחר: הם נבחרו להיות אור לגויים (עדינים) בברית שנכרתה עם הגויים. לכן, בריתה של ישראל עם אלוהים קובעת את חובתה לציית להסכם שיהיה חלק מברית גדולה יותר שנכרתה עם כל הגויים. ישראל לא נבחרה להיות אהובה על אלוהים. היא נבחרה להיות חלק מברית גדולה יותר שנכרתה עם כל הגויים. אחרי הכל, אלוהים הוא בורא כל העמים והוא אוהב את כולם. אבל לישראל הייתה הזכות והאחריות להיות כהני אלוהים, יקרים וקדושים.
The covenant made with Israel makes it clear that it is it's purpose to be a kingdom os priests and a holy nation. To be holy is to be righteous, sinless.
That is shown in Exodus 19:6 and Isaiah 42:6. In this last verse is also shown what was God's purpose for His chosen people: they were chosen to be a light to the nations (gentiles) in a covenant made with the nations. So Israel's covenant with God sets it's obligation to comply with the agreement that is to be a part of a larger covenant made with all nations. Israel is not chosen to be God's favorit. It is chosen to be part of a larger covenant made with all nations. After all God is the creator of all peoples and he loves all. But Israel had the priviledge and responsability to be God's priests, treasured and holy
