Resurrection - Alan Silvestri

I've always felt that The Abyss was one of Alan Silvestri's greatest musical accomplishments, and that's really saying something. In particular, this song, which is called "Resurrection". In the movie, it plays when Lindsey drowns and is brought back to life by Bud in one of the most harrowing and moving scenes in cinematic history. I wanted to take that song and expand upon it, using clips from the Special Edition of the movie as well as additional pieces of the score that contain refrains of the song. This is what I came up with. My goal was to honor and acknowledge the incredible work done not only by Alan Silvestri, but also by the director James Cameron and everyone who worked on this exceptional movie.
