Bumper Crop of Zucchini? Grill It!

Good day and welcome back to the channel!

It's blazing hot outside right now because it's the middle of summer. For folks around here, this time of year brings a challenge - what do I do with all of this zucchini?!?!??!!
Today, we have a (partial) answer: grill it!

Easy prep:
slice zucchini lengthwise in half. Then, divide each side into thirds (depending on the size of the zucchini...if you happen to have larger zucchini, you may need to cut them into quarters). The goal is to have slices large enough to grill quickly.

Toss with some olive oil and some of your favorite seasonings (or, keep it simple and just use salt and pepper), then place on a hot grill. Turn every 45 seconds or so until tender-crisp with some grill marks.

That's it!

Super tasty, very easy, and very fast.
