Gameplay Part 3

Dying Light is a 2015 survival horror video game developed by Techland and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game's story follows undercover agent Kyle Crane who is sent to infiltrate a quarantine zone in a fictional Middle Eastern city called Harran. It features an enemy-infested, open world city with a dynamic day–night cycle, in which zombies are slow and clumsy during daytime and extremely aggressive at night. The gameplay is focused on weapons-based combat and parkour, allowing players to choose fight or flight when presented with dangers.

Mission 05: Siblings (Part Two):
After escaping the trap at the school, Crane is sent out to hunt a rare infected known as a Bolter. These skittish, fast-moving zombies only appear at night and are known for carrying mutated tissue valuable for research. Crane successfully secures a sample and brings it back to Dr. Zere’s lab. However, Rais’s men attack the compound and kidnap the doctor before Crane can return. Rushing to the scene, Crane finds the lab trashed and Zere gone. As he attempts to regroup, he receives an urgent call from Rahim, who has gone rogue and is attempting to blow up a volatile nest under the train yard. Crane races to the location and finds Rahim critically injured. Crane is forced to finish the job, planting the explosives in the nest and escaping back to Rahim before it explodes. At this point Crane learns that Rahim's injury was a bite and has turned into a zombie, forcing Crane to kill him.

Mission 06: The Pit:
Kyle Crane infiltrates Rais’s fortress in an attempt to rescue Dr. Zere by sneaking into the tower and fighting off guards with newly found guns, only to be captured and brought before Rais. Rather than killing him outright, Rais forces Crane into a deadly pit filled with infected and gives him only a machete to defend himself. Crane fights alone in the arena, taking down multiple waves of infected — including a massive Demolisher — while Rais watches from above. Though seriously wounded and suffering from worsening side effects of the infection, Crane manages to survive and escape the compound through a chaotic chase sequence. Once free, his condition deteriorates rapidly. He collapses outside and is eventually found by Brecken and the Tower survivors, who bring him to a safe house hidden at the docks, where he can recover in secret.
