Hey friends and fellow survivors of late stage madness,

It's Oz, the notorious, not so Great and Powerful, but undeniably snarky as hell. Chanda and I are all fired up and ready to drag you through another wild ride we lovingly call Beauty and the Boomer After Dark — your weekly escape from the unrelenting circus fire that is modern life.

We just got back from another week of trying to recharge our batteries, which felt more like sucking dust from a dry well. But hey, Chanda is here, and between the two of us, that basically adds up to one functioning adult. Maybe. Either way, we are locked in and ready to bring you our brand of slightly unhinged commentary and just enough music to keep you from weeping into your dinner.

Yes, the world is nuts. And no, we do not have a cure. But we do have a recap of another week of hell being shoveled your way like a scam email promising free gold. Anti semitism, propaganda, and enough gaslighting to keep a Zeppelin in the air. Fear not though, we are not here to take sides. We are here to light the whole thing up and see what crawls out of the wreckage.

Also, keep an eye out for our new graphics featuring Chanda and Linda. They are looking fierce, which is more than I can say for Zuckerberg’s budget design department. Those Facebook graphics are stingier than a rat hoarding crumbs on a cruise ship.
