The day after Hurricane Milton hit Florida and we're still training - no power, flooded roads, trees down everywhere, but there's no reason not to train. Made it to Metroflex Tampa where the owner opened up for free as mental health therapy. Kicked off chest day with Arsenal flies focusing on the stretched position and loaded negatives - that's the best way to build muscle I can find. We had to navigate through flooding and debris but we made it happen.
