One of the damaging and yet commonly believed lies in America is that any person born on American soil under any circumstances is automatically an instant American citizen.

This week we had yet another unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal appellate court—out of, of course, the 9th Circuit--repeat this lie in a feckless “legal opinion” that’s zero percent law and 100% opinion.

In fact, the simply being born on American soil has never been sufficient under American law for securing American citizenship, either under our US Constitution’s 14th Amendment or under any statutory scheme passed by our Congress.
