No Love, No Salvation

I know the title can be shocking and you are likely wondering if this could be true. In this video I share verses showing that those without love for their brother and sisters do not know God because God is love. Don't just say this is true and click off. 1John 4:8 The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God (does not and never did know Him), for God is love.

Ephesians 5:1-2 therefore become imitators of God, as well-beloved children (imitate their Father) and walk continually in love (that is, value one another-practice empathy and compassion, unselfishly seeking the best for others), just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and sacrifice to God (slain for you, so that it became) a sweet fragrance.

1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed out of death into Life, because we love the brothers and sisters. He who does not love remains in (spiritual) death.

John 13:34-35 Jesus speaking here. I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. Vs 35 by this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love and unselfish concern for one another,

John 15:12 Jesus speaking: This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit (the result of His presence within us) is love (unselfish concern for others), joy, (inner) peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
