Why TikToker Heston James may face up to 9 years behind bars?

Heston Cobb — known as Heston James on TikTok — a creator with over 1.6 million followers. Between March and July 2025, Heston filmed multiple staged scenarios inside businesses across Tempe, Arizona. In some clips, he entered locations like Pep Boys and Chipotle, posing as a worker without permission.
That led to 13 charges filed by Tempe police. They include:
Burglary (1 count).
Criminal impersonation (2 counts).
Disorderly conduct (5 counts).
Trespassing (5 counts).
