July 16, Neighbor going in & out 63 times

This is the ongoing attempts of my neighbor trying to bother me. The "in and out" stats for the week ending on July 19th are: the 13th 44, the 14th 58, the 15th 41, the 17th 33, the 18th 44, and the 19th 55.
