Requested by @HoopsYoyo-h8b . HCL's MUGEN creations. We have Purin & Ness vs. Captain Falcon & Mario, all by HCL. I'm not sure if HCL and SNS are the same person, but they could be, so I put them into one collection post. Thanks to Enzo, SSBK65, and perhaps others that I don't know for finding these chars. Captain Falcon will need renaming for him to work.
