This Notice is grounded upon long-established principles of law, canon, equity, international convention, and natural order. These authorities are binding upon all courts, officers, trustees, agents, and instrumentalities of government and church who claim power over men and women.

A. MAXIMS OF LAW AND EQUITY
Maxims of law are time-honored principles that form the foundation of jurisprudence in common law and
equity. These include:

1. “He who fails to assert his rights has none.” – Vigilantibus non dormientibus aequitas subvenit.
Equity aids the vigilant, not those who slumber on their rights.
2. “The created cannot rise above the creator.”
No fiction of law, statute, or corporation has lawful authority over the living man or woman who
stands as its superior.

3. “Equity regards as done that which ought to have been done.”
Where natural rights have been stripped without due process or full disclosure, equity restores rightful possession and standing.

4. “Fraud vitiates everything.”
All contracts or claims arising from fraud, non-disclosure, mistake, coercion, or undue influence are null and void ab initio.

5. “Let he who would be deceived, be deceived” (Caveat Emptor).
The People have awakened to their deception and reject false presumptions in the record.
