Speed Wash Cycle - Default Setting-Date: 12/25/2020 Christmas Day

In this video I show you how the "Speed Wash" cycle works in real time. This cycle takes approximately 15 minutes on the light soil setting. I made this video right after my video where I cleared the driveway of snow.

I did a quick wash of the stuff I was wearing after I cleaned the snow off of my driveway. I do this so I can remove the sweat from the clothing I was wearing. The "Speed Wash" cycle is also good if you just want to freshen something up or if you have something you want to wear that is already in the wash. After it's finished, just use the speed dry cycle on your dryer if it has one.

The speed wash cycle is the shortest wash cycle on the washer. But I don't recommend using this cycle for normal loads of laundry as the wash and rinse is really short and not nearly long enough for full loads of laundry. It won't fully wash a full drum of clothing properly. The "Speed Wash" setting is only meant for 3-4 pieces of lightly soiled clothing on the light soil setting. Even on the heavy soil setting, the run time is only approximately 25 minutes. You might be able to get away with doing maybe 10-12 items on the heavy soil setting.

One Note: The washer doesn't spin after the main wash cycle. It only spins after the final rinse.
