Getting the KIF parser to work

A basic C++ old code base that really wasn't worth 2 hours.
Why? People are lazy and don't test nor document and even worse don't includ in put and output files so you can run their code and see if it's worth it.
Oh, Stanford does lazy coding like NASA ...
